Mind-Body-Spirit is about discovering how to take control of your health, longevity, and well-being during a time of ever-expanding abundance and cultural indulgence. These circumstances have led to more than sixty percent of the people in our country being overweight and out of shape, and currently we’re on the verge of an epidemic of obesity and diabetes. But it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, you can achieve good health by making wise choices about how you live.

We’re in the midst of one the biggest cultural changes in the history of this country. Approximately seventy-five million so-called baby boomers, individuals born after World War II, are either retired or are taking retirement. Moreover, this generation of people will live much longer than their parents, and as a result, they will encounter and need to navigate through more changes than their parents did.
